LAURA K. BECKMAN, OTR/L, CHT
CHAIR  
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST BOARD MEMBER

Laura K. Beckman, OTR/L, CHT graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1991 and began practicing OT in the inpatient, outpatient and skilled nursing facility setting in Wisconsin.

She moved to Arizona in 1994 where she gained experience in the school system as a school OT, however returned full-time to her inpatient roots, joining Mayo Clinic-Arizona in 1998. Her areas of specialty include: Oculomotor and visual perceptual deficits in brain injury and hand rehab.

Throughout her career in Arizona, Laura has been an active member of the Arizona State OT Association, serving as the federal legislative committee chair for a number of years. She was nominated by Senator John McCain to proudly serve as an Arizona delegate for the White House Conference of Aging in December of 2005.

Laura obtained her hand therapy certification (CHT) in 2006, and has since focused her practice in the outpatient hand therapy clinic at Mayo Clinic-Arizona.

 

 
JOHN TUTELMAN
VICE-CHAIR
PUBLIC BOARD MEMBER

John Tutelman has worked for the Phoenix City Prosecutor’s Office for more than 23 years. He is the Bureau Chief for the Appeals and Community Prosecution Bureaus. 

He served on the Scottsdale Human Relations Commission from 2002 to 2008 and was a member of the Phoenix Police Department’s Hate Crimes Advisory Board and the United States Attorney’s Hate Crimes Working Group.
 
Throughout his career, John has been active in instructing judges, lawyers, and citizens on a variety of law-related subjects. John’s work has been commended by the City of Los Angeles, the Phoenix City Prosecutor’s Office of Victim Services, and the Arizona Prosecuting Attorney’s Advisory Council, among others. In March, 2009 John appeared before the Arizona Supreme Court.
 
John is a graduate of U.C.L.A. and Southwestern University School of Law.  

 

    
CHRISTINE FELTMAN ROSENBERG, OTR/L
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST BOARD MEMBER
 
Christine Rosenberg, OTR/L began her career in 1974 in the Phoenix area as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant.  She obtained her OTR through the American Occupational Therapy Association Career Mobility program in 1979.
 
As an Occupational Therapy Provider Pioneer in the state of Arizona; she has worked in Administrative Occupational Therapy, Gerontology, Adolescent Psychiatry, Physical Disabilities and Home Care.  She served the Arizona Occupational Therapy Association; as Chairman of Job Placement and has facilitated continuing educational medical workshops.
 
Currently, Christine is the CEO of Sleep Disorders Center of Prescott Valley and Sleep Disorders Center of Flagstaff.  She owns a Private Practice Consulting Business and contributes as Medical Editor for a weekly syndicated  newspaper column.
